He is their daily contact regarding HR policies and appears in court regularly to argue on their behalf. As a &#8220;Human Resources Lawyer&#8221;, he advises executives on their own personal situations as well as on their strategic HR programs.<\/p>\n<p>Before founding Menlo Avocats, Hugues worked for companies (PSA Peugeot-Citro\u00ebn group) and in law firms (Andersen, August &amp; Debouzy, PMR Avocats).<\/p>\n<p>Specialized in labor law, he is regularly invited to speak about employment contracts, the law applicable to start-up companies, and career management. He taught labor law at Paris-Dauphine University and is a former secretary of the Bar of Hauts-de-Seine.
