Before becoming a lawyer, Benoît Guillaume worked for 25 years as a tax inspector and then as a tax expert at the Finance Ministry. In 2011, Benoît joined a Paris law firm as a partner before creating, in 2015, his own firm specialized in tax law. Since June 2018, he has been of counsel at Menlo Avocats.
His experience as a former tax auditor of companies during eight years in the DVNI (French National and International Audit Department), makes Benoît Guillaume a superb advisor for companies facing tax audits.
He also developed special expertise in the field of corporate transfer pricing at the Office of International Affairs of the Finance Ministry from 2005 to 2011.
Since 2012, Benoît has developed special skills in the field of corporate tax reporting and, more generally, in the transfer or inheritance of family-owned businesses.
