Hugues de Poncins

Labor Law

Hugues de Poncins works alongside our clients’ HR directors and executives. He is their daily contact regarding HR policies and appears in court regularly to argue on their behalf. As a “Human Resources Lawyer”, he advises executives on their own personal situations as well as on their strategic HR programs.

Before founding Menlo Avocats, Hugues worked for companies (PSA Peugeot-Citroën group) and in law firms (Andersen, August & Debouzy, PMR Avocats).

Specialized in labor law, he is regularly invited to speak about employment contracts, the law applicable to start-up companies, and career management. He taught labor law at Paris-Dauphine University and is a former secretary of the Bar of Hauts-de-Seine. Hugues chairs the committees on career management and on oenology of the Arthur Andersen Alumni Association.
